any print server that supports AirPrint, like the DNP WCM Plus or the AircastPro
any printer connected to a Windows PC with Print.Events
Step One: Update your App and Firmware.
Please update your print server / printer firmware to the following versions, or we cannot support you.
Booth.Events app: must update to 1.49.1 or newer
DNP WCM Plus: must update to firmware version 5.5.0 or newer
Aircast Pro: must update to firmware version B456 or newer
Canon Selphy CP 1500: must update to firmware version 1.0.6.0 or newer
Print.Events PC app: must update to 1.5.5.0 or newer
Please do not contact our support until you have updated your app, printer, and print server to the newest version. To learn how to do this, contact the place you purchased the device from, or the manufacturer of the device.

You can add & manage printers after you've started the event, from the first screen that shows after the event starts, or from the in-event menu (hold two-fingers on the screen to show).

There are two ways that the app can support printing:
iOS-managed: guests see a popup from iOS every time they choose to print
To get this, turn on printing in the event (last page of event settings), but do NOT add a printer
If you have trouble, try this first. If it's not working, your connections are not set up correctly
App-managed: with app-managed printing guests do not see a popup every time they print
To get this, add a printer in the app once you've started the event
When printing is in iOS-managed mode, your guests will see a popup from iOS every time they print:
In iOS-managed mode your guests will see a popup when they print
When the app is in app-managed printing mode your guests will not see an iOS popup. Instead they'll select their number of prints directly from the app:
In App-managed printing mode your guests choose the number of copies in the app, and there's no popup
To change from iOS-managed to App-managed, add a printer as shown in the video above.
To change from App-managed to iOS-managed, remove all printers.
