Galleries are created automatically when you create an event.
They are deleted automatically when you delete the event.
No manual setup required for galleries.
Things to Know About Your Gallery
Unlimited Storage
You can upload as many photos and videos as you like. There’s no cap on storage. Unless on Free trial, see below.
We show you the total file size just so you know how large the ZIP file will be if you download everything.
Free Events Have Upload Limits
If your event is on the Free plan, you'll see limits like:
100 photo maximum per event
To remove these limits, consider upgrading to a paid plan.
Gallery Expiration
Each gallery has an expiration date. When that date comes:
All photos and videos are permanently deleted
Guests visiting the expired gallery will see a message letting them know it’s expired and how to contact you for help
Your event and all guest data stay intact, even after the gallery expires.
How Long Do Galleries Last?
Gallery expiry depends on:
Your Booth.Events plan (e.g., Pro galleries last at least 1 year)
When you upload your first photo or video
We don’t start the expiration clock until you’ve uploaded your first file. So, feel free to test your iPad setup with Preview Mode it doesn’t count as uploading.
Auto Extensions for Multi-Day Events
We’ll automatically extend your gallery's expiration if new photos or videos are uploaded soon after the first upload. But:
This only extends the expiry a little
Don’t reuse the same event for different occasions—create a new one instead
We’ll Remind You Before Expiration
To help you keep your files:
You’ll get daily email reminders starting 4 days before expiration
The emails will include a ZIP download link
Once you download the ZIP, we’ll stop sending reminders
