Supported LED Controllers

Booth.Events supports the following Bluetooth LED controllers:

  • SP110E, SP630E, SP107E LED Controllers (easy to find on Amazon)

  • Salsa 1 booths. Note we do not support other PBSCO products such as Guac, Salsa 2 etc

  • Mobibooth Aura and other Mobibooth systems – available at mobibooth.co

  • Danny Max systems - available at dannymax.com

How the Connection Works

  • The app automatically looks for Bluetooth LED controllers during the first 5 minutes after launch.

  • If no device is found in that window, it stops searching to save power.

  • To retry the connection, restart the app.

  • If you have renamed your bluetooth controller the app may not find it, it is looking for the default controller naming convention.

  • Make sure you have given Booth.Events access to your Bluetooth permissions in iOS.

How to Access LED Settings

  1. Open the Booth.Events app.

  2. Tap the LED button on the start screen to open the LED control panel.

In this window, you’ll see:

  • A list of connected LED devices

  • Their Bluetooth signal strength

  • Controls for colour, brightness, and preset settings based on app states

You can connect to multiple LED controllers - perfect for setups with lights in different booth areas.

Setting the LED Profile and States

Step 1: Select Your Profile

  • At the top of the screen, select the correct device profile that matches your LED controller.

Step 2: Configure App States

Booth.Events lets you set LED behaviour for each app state.

When the app enters a specific state (like countdown, recording, or idle), it will automatically trigger your chosen light settings.

Each row in the LED settings panel lets you adjust:

  • Command type (like a preset, solid color, or “none”)

  • Color brightness

  • White LED brightness

  • LED colour (using a hex code color picker)

Want to skip lighting for a specific state? Just set the command to “None.”

Managing Multiple Devices

If you have multiple booths nearby, the app might connect to the wrong controller. Here’s how to fix it:

  • Use the signal strength display to identify which device is which (higher % = closer).

  • Tap “Disconnect & Ignore” on any device you don’t want to use.

  • Want to reset everything? Tap “Reset to Defaults” at the top.
