When guests use your iPad to take photos or videos at an event, Booth.Events creates something called a guest session. This helps keep everything organized, especially when you want to find, share, or delete specific content later.

What Is a Guest Session?

Each time someone takes photos or videos on your iPad and those files are uploaded to Shared.Gallery, a session is created.

If the guest enters their name, email, or phone number during their session, that contact info gets linked to it too - making it easy to track who’s who.

Where to See the Guest List and Sessions

  1. Sign in at Booth.Events and go to your event.

  2. Scroll down the event page to find the Guest List.

  3. Each guest session will appear here with options attached.

Tap the three dots next to a session to:

  • View the photos or videos

  • Share the gallery link via email or text

  • Delete the session if needed

How to Match a Session with What You See in Shared.Gallery

If you're browsing through the gallery and want to match a specific image or video to the session from your event dashboard (or vice versa), here’s how.

Before You Start

Make sure you're signed in to Shared.Gallery.

You’ll know you’re signed in if you see “Sign Out” at the top-right of the gallery screen.

If not, you can log in with just one tap from either:

  • Your Account page on Booth.Events, or

  • Your Dashboard

Look for the button that says “Sign in to Shared.Gallery.”

Matching Sessions to Photos

Once you're signed in:

  • Open your event in Shared.Gallery

  • You'll now see session numbers listed with the media

  • You can also delete sessions directly from here

To match up what you see in Booth.Events with what's in Shared.Gallery, just look for the same session number. That way, you can be sure you're sharing or removing the exact moment you're looking for.
