Troubleshooting: Guests Can't Download

By default, ZIP downloads of your gallery are turned off for anonymous guests to protect privacy. But if you want to allow everyone (or just guests with the regular passcode) to download the gallery, you can easily change that setting.

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Signed In

ZIP downloads are only available to the account owner, unless you change the setting. So first:

  1. On the dashboard, click “Sign in to Shared.Gallery” in the left sidebar.

    (On mobile, this will be in the dropdown menu.)

  2. Once signed in, open your event gallery.


Step 2: Allow Downloads for All Guests

To let all guests download the gallery ZIP (either with or without a passcode):

  1. Open the event from your Booth.Events dashboard.

  2. Click Edit Event.

  3. On the Details page (first tab), scroll down to find:

    “Only you & guests with the super passcode can download the gallery ZIP”

  4. Toggle this OFF.

  5. Click Save Changes.

That’s it! Now, any guest can download the full ZIP, depending on your gallery passcode settings.
