How To: Edit How the Session Is Shared with Event Actions

If you’re running a big event, these settings give you powerful control over sharing, storage, and printing so everything runs exactly how you want it.

Locate event Actions:

  1. Tap on your event

  2. Tap the third option on the bottom bar.

Here’s what you can customize:

Share Types

Decide how your captures can be shared via text, AirDrop, email, QR code, or printing (if printing is enabled for the event).

Note: Individual templates can block printing, even if it’s enabled overall.

Shared.Gallery

Control whether photos and videos are uploaded to your Shared.Gallery. If this is off, guests won’t be able to share by email or text.

In this section, you’ll see:

  • View Gallery – Opens the gallery in your browser so you can quickly check uploads.

  • Media Stored – Shows how many photos/videos are uploaded and processed.

  • Storage Used – Gives you an idea of the ZIP file size if you download the gallery.

  • Expires On – The gallery’s expiry date, when all media will be deleted. See our related article Galleries: expiration and limits for more details.

  • Passcode – Displays your gallery passcode if you’ve set one.

Print Settings

Fine-tune how printing works at your event:

  • Auto-Print – Automatically print every capture taken. Adjust the slider to control behavior.

  • Max Prints per Session – Limit how many times a guest can print a capture before they’re cut off and must select Done. This limit can’t be bypassed by choosing Take More. On the gallery or Share Station, each capture can only be printed ‘x’ times until the app restarts. (Limits apply per device—two Share Stations = two separate limits.)

  • Max Prints per Event – Set an overall event print limit. Great for offering a “limited prints” package.

  • Add QR Code to Print – Include a QR code on prints to link directly to anything—perfect for pointing guests to the gallery.

  • Guests Can Print Original Photos – Allow printing of unbranded, untemplated originals. (Generally avoided unless specifically needed.)
